Process Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Process Technician to support plant operations at our Singapore facility. The role involves hands‑on execution of manufacturing activities, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Associates in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
• Monitor and analyse processing parameters to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
• Prepare solutions and stage components for autoclaving and washing.
• Support production sample testing and use analytical instruments to verify results.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and safety audits.
• Maintain strict adherence to GMP, EHS and regulatory requirements.
• Document and evaluate data in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage with internal and external inspectors, ensuring transparent communication.

Required profile

• Ability to organise tasks, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic understanding of chemistry, biology and physical principles relevant to plant operations.
• Good analytical mindset for interpreting data and identifying improvements.

Required skills

• Experience with analytical instruments.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Statistical and mathematical analysis skills.
• Basic chemistry and biology knowledge.
