Production Supervisor

About the role

Mercor is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support AI research projects on a short‑term contract basis. The role is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling to meet project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Create deliverables that address common requests within your professional domain.
• Review and improve peer‑developed deliverables to enhance AI research outcomes.
• Diagnose and resolve real‑world issues in your domain to advance machine‑learning systems.
• Contribute domain expertise independently while collaborating with a distributed research team.
• Manage your own schedule and ensure timely completion of project deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a relevant production or operational field.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling abilities.
• Immediate availability to start.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $80 to $120.
