Project Manager / PMO – Chief of Staff to CTO

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager / PMO to serve as the Chief of Staff to our CTO. In this strategic partnership, you will support cross‑functional initiatives, improve execution efficiency and ensure key projects progress across product, engineering, operations, risk, AI, data and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic and business partner to the CTO on major technology and business initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, AI, Data and Business teams.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, identify risks and ensure smooth execution of priorities.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the CTO in driving operational efficiency, project governance and organisational alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, Engineering or related fields.
• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Business Management, Consulting or Chief of Staff roles within fintech, internet, trading or high‑growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• High emotional intelligence, proactive personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, positive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross‑regional collaboration.
