About the role
The firm is seeking a Projects Lawyer to advise on the development, structuring and financing of complex infrastructure and energy projects across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires a strong technical grounding in project documentation and the ability to work on high‑value transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate the full suite of project finance documents, including construction and O&M arrangements.
- Work with internationally recognised standard forms, particularly FIDIC contracts.
- Handle contracts such as power purchase agreements, off‑take contracts, feedstock and fuel supply, concession and interface agreements, and security documents.
- Conduct due diligence and produce focused reports that highlight material transaction issues.
- Provide legal support across sectors including power and renewables, oil & gas, utilities and broader infrastructure.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Qualified in Singapore, England & Wales, or an equivalent common‑law jurisdiction.
- Willingness to work in Singapore; relocation support and visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
Required skills
- Proficiency with FIDIC contract forms.
