QEHS Engineer

About the role

Join Festo’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health (QEHS) team in Singapore to lead compliance and continuous improvement across the SEA & Pacific region. The role focuses on implementing ISO‑based management systems, conducting audits, and fostering a safe and sustainable work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Develop, implement, and monitor QEHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and inspections to identify improvement areas.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver training and awareness programs on safety and environmental practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive QEHS initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of QEHS regulations and ISO standards.
• Proven experience in auditing, compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication, project management and problem‑solving abilities.
