Quality Management System (QMS) Manager

About the role

Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001‑based quality system across its manufacturing operations in Singapore and Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non‑conformities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and operations.
• Manage QMS documentation, procedures and system updates.
• Train and mentor cross‑functional teams on quality standards and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational performance and compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Proven experience managing QMS within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel to Batam once a month if not based there.
