Senior Business Auditor

About the role

As a Senior Business Auditor you will join #TeamCPF to help protect the retirement, healthcare and housing security of over 4 million members. You will lead risk‑based internal audits, evaluate control effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations that drive business improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk‑based internal audit plans to assess the adequacy of internal controls.
• Lead audit teams on complex projects, leveraging data‑analytics techniques to ensure thorough examination.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, present findings and recommendations to Management and the Audit Committee.
• Support special investigations and projects as assigned by senior management.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices relevant to internal audit and business analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting internal audits and evaluating internal control frameworks.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to analyse complex situations and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with audit standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analytics tools; experience with ACL is a plus.
