Senior Creative Designer (Packaging)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer specialized in packaging to craft visually striking designs that communicate our brand and resonate with consumers. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into high‑impact visual assets across both digital and print platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand, packaging, and marketing collateral designs that are sleek, clean, and consumer‑focused.
• Lead visual direction for product packaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide innovative design solutions for product development.
• Utilize advanced 3D tools to create compelling product visuals, digital imaging, and guides.
• Produce graphic elements for video ads, hero banners, catalogues, social media, and web assets.
• Manage design projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques, including AI‑driven creativity.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for production and printing.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong, consumer‑focused portfolio.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities.
