Senior Lecturer & Consultant, Digital Health

About the role

The Digital Health Practice at NUS-ISS is looking for a senior professional to design and deliver cutting‑edge Digital Health courses while providing consultancy services to health and social‑care organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver tailored Digital Health and Healthcare courses for professionals.
• Mentor and guide students throughout their learning journey.
• Lead consultancy projects covering organisational transformation, service design, strategic planning, process redesign and data analytics.
• Participate in public speaking, seminars and Community of Practice events for the Digital Health Practice.
• Conduct applied research with industry partners focused on practical Digital Health applications.
• Show thought leadership by speaking at conferences and influencing the strategic direction of NUS‑ISS.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctorate in health, digital/IT, data analytics, human‑centered design or behavioural science.
• 10+ years of experience in digitalisation, applied or industry‑led research, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with AI or data‑driven healthcare solutions is an advantage.
• Proven project management, teaching and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Impact‑driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
