Senior Manager, Cluster Management & Partnerships (West)

About the role

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) is seeking a senior leader to drive health promotion initiatives across Singapore's western region. You will lead the Integrated Outreach West Cluster Management and Partnerships team, shaping strategies that influence community and workplace health behaviours.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and analyse regional health trends to develop sustainable solutions for residents and the working population.
• Forge and nurture partnerships with corporate, community and workplace stakeholders to advance HPB’s health promotion goals.
• Monitor labour and health trends, identifying opportunities for innovative health programmes.
• Co‑develop, implement, monitor and evaluate health programmes, ensuring data‑informed planning and greater efficiency.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams, providing oversight and strategic guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development or partnership management.
• Strong collaborative and relationship‑building abilities with corporate partners and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, matrixed environments and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Result‑oriented, independent worker with excellent communication skills (written and oral).
