Senior Retail Specialist – Customer Experience Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Retail Specialist to lead customer experience across our stores. The role combines operational oversight with data‑driven analysis to ensure compliance, productivity and a seamless shopper journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly target allocation and incentive payouts for store staff.
• Develop functional sales and product analysis reports for the Retail Lead.
• Prepare decks and internal presentations to communicate performance insights.
• Oversee incentive, petty cash and rostering guidelines to ensure store compliance.
• Consolidate monthly rosters, petty‑cash claims and timesheets for director review.
• Maintain up‑to‑date retail and promotion calendars, store organization charts and metrics reports for executive visits.
• Coordinate internal communications, meetings, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks for the retail management team.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Strong data‑analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and customer‑service oriented.
• Team player who can collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
