Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and stability of core business services for a leading consumer internet platform. You will work in a high‑concurrency, large‑scale distributed environment and partner closely with engineering teams to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain system reliability, scalability, and production stability across core services.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving Linux, JVM, containers, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, build, and improve monitoring, alerting, automation, and incident‑response processes.
• Lead high‑availability, performance‑optimization, and stability‑engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, deployment, and operational best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong background in Linux troubleshooting and production incident handling.
• Experience supporting high‑concurrency internet systems is highly preferred.
