Social Media Manager – Singapore

About the role

Chocolate Finance is building simple, joyful money tools in Singapore and needs a dynamic Social Media Manager to shape its online voice. You will own all social channels, turn brand stories into scroll‑stopping content, and engage the community across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Develop a content engine that reflects Chocolate Finance’s warm, witty, and shareable tone.
• Produce short‑form videos, static graphics, memes, carousels and behind‑the‑scenes pieces using design and editing tools.
• Identify cultural moments early and respond quickly in brand voice.
• Initiate and manage partnerships with local creators, lifestyle brands and food influencers.
• Brief designers and video producers for larger productions and steer creative direction.
• Monitor performance metrics, report weekly results and optimise high‑impact content.
• Represent the brand at events, shoots and activations.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling social media for a popular B2C brand or fintech in Singapore.
• Self‑starter who can spot opportunities and ship content without waiting for a brief.
• Passionate about the craft, detail‑oriented and able to write human‑focused copy.
• Comfortable managing creator relationships and partnerships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools).
• Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere or comparable software.
• Familiarity with basic design tools such as Photoshop or Figma.
• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
