Supply Chain Specialist – 24/7 Shift Role

About the role

Boeing Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join its Global Services team. This is a 24/7 shift position that supports the Integrated Materials Management and Component Services Program, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through three shifts to provide continuous coverage.
• Execute Integrated Materials Management objectives and support program customers and suppliers worldwide.
• Expedite supply of needed items by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee administration, AOG support plans, and supply chain management processes at functional or program level.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and coordinate solutions with product support, customers, and suppliers.
• Develop documentation such as Daily Management Tip Sheets, Business Scenarios, and Desktop Procedures.
• Identify special customer demand and work with Planning, Asset, and Repair teams to create viable plans.
• Track forward and reverse shipments with third‑party logistics providers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or related functions.
• Experience supporting internal and external customers across multiple disciplines.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) – preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Pivot Tables, Word, and PowerPoint.
