About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle for commercial and technology positions, helping the company expand its presence in the education sector.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to source, screen, interview and hire qualified candidates for commercial roles such as sales, marketing and business development.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using job boards, social media, professional networks, campus outreach and employee referrals.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and align hiring plans with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess skills, cultural fit and motivation, and provide timely feedback.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, quality‑of‑hire) and report performance to leadership.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably hiring for commercial roles in the education industry.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
- Positive, team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions.
