About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the end‑to‑end hiring process for both early‑career and experienced candidates. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate large volumes of candidate interviews across multiple talent pipelines using internal tools and occasional manual arrangements.
- Partner with hiring leaders, recruiters, and interview panels to maintain clear communication and a positive candidate journey.
- Prepare interview spaces, welcome onsite and remote candidates, and provide guidance throughout the interview day.
- Manage live interview schedules, resolve issues promptly, and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and next steps.
- Capture role requirements, initiate new hiring requests in internal systems, and contribute to broader talent initiatives.
- Assist with talent‑related programs such as campus activities, hiring events, and internal team initiatives.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly, maintaining strict confidentiality.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a people‑focused or coordination‑heavy environment (e.g., talent, operations, HR).
- Proven ability to identify workflow improvements.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with sound judgment and professionalism.
- Collaborative approach and strong organizational abilities.
