Technical Designer

About the role

Technical Designers at P+A Projects support the creation of themed entertainment attractions worldwide, working closely with the Singapore office and on‑site teams. The role blends architectural and structural design with detailed 2D/3D drafting to bring concepts such as pirate ships, dinosaurs and castles to life.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants and internal teams to produce high‑quality design and construction documents.
• Mock‑up and organise design drawing sets, preparing architectural and structural details.
• Perform 2D and 3D drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and 3DS Max.
• Gather information, study concepts and create rough layouts for approval.
• Develop finished design layouts through review cycles with supervisors.
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops, publications and professional societies.
• Support project delivery by collaborating across multiple time zones and meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Interior Design.
• Relevant experience in design, drafting or construction documentation.
• Organised, precise and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and able to adapt to shifting schedules.
