Technical Training Instructor – Aeronautical Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Training Instructor to deliver high‑quality aeronautical engineering training for the Commercialized Air Engineering Initio Training programme of the Air Force. The role involves designing curriculum, conducting classroom and practical sessions, and continuously improving training based on performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop and update training materials, syllabus, notes and programming.
• Create and maintain examinations and practical assessments aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Analyse trainee performance and feedback to identify curriculum gaps and implement enhancements.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver training sessions using effective instructional techniques and training aids.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and regular feedback to trainees.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and correct work processes during practical activities.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods, EdTech tools, VR/AR/MR technologies and gamification to boost engagement.
• Track, report and grade assessments accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Certified instructor experience in aeronautical engineering (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
