Training & Learning Development Manager - Cyber

About the role

The Training & Learning Development Manager – Cyber will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of cybersecurity training programmes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the curriculum meets operational needs and supports the organisation's security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational requirements to identify training needs related to cybersecurity.
• Design and develop comprehensive training solutions, including course materials, e‑learning modules and workshops.
• Implement training programmes and evaluate their effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to drive the Training Institute’s pedagogy and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Education in Training, Design, Learning or Development related fields.
• Preferably at least three years of relevant experience, though candidates without experience may also apply.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• CISSP certification (or equivalent).
• CISM certification (or equivalent).
• GCIH certification (or equivalent).
