360 Recruitment Consultant – Built Environment

About the role

We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join Annexion’s Built Environment team. You will own your own desk, develop new business and manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients in the Built Environment sector.
• Generate new business through consultative sales and market development.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with both clients and candidates.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insights and advisory support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sales (any industry) or strong potential with less than 1.5 years.
• Experience in 360 recruitment, including business development and client negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
• Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by results and earnings potential.
