Account Executive – Greater China Region

About the role

Aikido is building developer‑first security products that remove friction for software teams. We are looking for an Account Executive to own sales across the Greater China region (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China) while being based in Singapore. You will join a fast‑growing, well‑funded startup and help expand market share for our innovative security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for opportunities in the Greater China market.
• Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calling, and sequence‑based outreach.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to execute regional growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

• Based in Singapore with the legal right to work locally.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a strong plus.
• Mid‑level to senior sales professional with experience in developer or security technology markets.
• Proven track record selling to customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools, outbound prospecting, and cold‑calling techniques.
• Tech‑savvy, self‑starter with a “get‑stuff‑done” mentality.
