Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and strong client relationships. Working within a PR agency environment, you will coordinate project flow, share updates with senior leadership, and contribute to the overall success of the office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client liaison, handling inquiries and providing strategic counsel.
• Plan, implement and monitor PR programmes across multiple accounts, from conception to completion.
• Generate new ideas and opportunities for media, advocacy and other channels.
• Draft high‑quality client communications and press materials.
• Project‑manage campaigns, set timelines, and oversee major events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account plans and compile regular performance reports.
• Research, develop and pitch media and KOL content for markets in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate executive interviews, media events and press conferences with senior leadership.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a public relations agency.
• Strong understanding of client business and industry dynamics.
• Ability to translate industry knowledge into actionable PR counsel.
• Proactive, energetic and ideas‑driven mindset.
• Excellent writing, campaign communication, client management and leadership capabilities.
