Accountant – Finance & Treasury

About the role

Conda Capital, an investment fund, is looking for a highly skilled Accountant to support its finance function. The role combines day‑to‑day bookkeeping with treasury management and financial planning responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Make necessary payments and manage cash flow, bank accounts, and liquidity.
• Work with an external tax advisor on GST reporting and corporate tax returns.
• Oversee the full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate monthly bookkeeping.
• Prepare annual financial statements and ensure compliance with SFRS standards and other financial regulations.
• Implement financial controls and maintain accurate financial records.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of finance experience, preferably in asset management or a hedge fund.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using Quickbooks or similar accounting software.
