Accounting Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

Acclime is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its growing regional team in Singapore. You will act as a key point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high‑quality accounting and compliance services while developing your technical expertise and professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries.
• Review and ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, financial statements, GST returns and other statutory filings, complying with SFRS, the Companies Act and IRAS requirements.
• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of senior associates and associates, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Allocate workloads, monitor deadlines and manage resources to ensure smooth delivery of client engagements.
• Collaborate with other functions and offices across countries to ensure service delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, outsourced accounting or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate regulations, SFRS, GST, CPF and basic tax principles.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment.
