AI Evaluation & Quality Intern

About the role

CYNAPSE is seeking a detail‑oriented AI Evaluation & Quality Intern to support the testing and improvement of cutting‑edge Vision‑Language and Agentic AI models. You will work hands‑on with the latest multimodal systems, helping to ensure their reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform human‑in‑the‑loop testing and quality assurance to assess model quality and identify failure cases.
• Curate, correct, and annotate training and evaluation datasets.
• Identify model errors, edge cases, and unexpected behaviours.
• Use in‑house tools to test, review, and benchmark AI systems.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma (completed or in progress) in any discipline.
• Strong interest in AI and how modern models behave.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
• Clear written communication skills.
• No programming experience required; a curious mindset and willingness to learn.
