APAC Communications Lead

About the role

Nebius is seeking its first APAC Communications Lead to build and execute a regional communications strategy from the ground up. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with the APAC General Manager and regional leadership to align communications with commercial priorities and the company’s global narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an APAC communications strategy that supports regional commercial goals and aligns with Nebius’s worldwide narrative.
• Partner with the APAC General Manager and senior leaders to identify markets, audiences, and high‑impact communication opportunities.
• Determine which messaging should remain global and what needs local adaptation.
• Provide practical communications advice to regional leaders as the business expands.
• Create an operating rhythm linking regional leadership, global Communications, and external partners.
• Monitor emerging communications opportunities, risks, and needs across the region.
• Lead day‑to‑day media relations, storytelling, and communications delivery in priority markets.
• Craft compelling stories about Nebius’s customers, partners, products, and developer community.
• Draft and edit announcements, pitches, briefing materials, messaging, Q&As, and other communications assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing communications strategies, preferably in technology or AI‑related sectors.
• Hands‑on builder mindset with the ability to work independently and shape a new function.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and preparing spokespeople for media engagements.
• Ability to adapt global messaging to diverse APAC markets and cultures.
