APAC Project Manager – Microsoft Ecosystem

About the role

This role is with an expanding Microsoft Partner operating across Australia and the broader APAC region. The APAC Project Manager will own end‑to‑end technology projects, bridging ERP, CRM, Data, AI and emerging Microsoft solutions to drive digital transformation for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Partner directly with customers and senior stakeholders to capture objectives, priorities and commercial drivers.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, Data & AI solutions within a wider transformation roadmap.
• Balance customer expectations, commercial considerations and technical realities throughout delivery.
• Translate complex technology discussions into clear actions and priorities.
• Stay current with Microsoft product developments, AI capabilities and relevant technology trends.
• Challenge assumptions and help customers focus on genuine business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end technology projects across ERP, CRM or enterprise applications.
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing business priorities.
• Curiosity about Data, AI, Copilot and the evolving Microsoft ecosystem.
