APJ Web & SEO Manager

About the role

The APJ Web & SEO Manager will be the regional authority for website management, search engine optimisation and localized digital content across Japan and other APJ markets. Reporting to the Director of SEO & Content Strategy, this hands‑on individual contributor ensures regional sites are discoverable, relevant and performant on Google, Yahoo Japan, Naver and Baidu.

Key responsibilities

• Lead keyword research and search‑demand analysis to shape content strategy and on‑page optimisation for APJ markets.
• Conduct website audits and competitive content gap analyses to improve organic visibility and conversion.
• Localise global web content for APJ audiences, adapting language, messaging, structure and SEO best practices.
• Source, brief or develop new regional pages, landing experiences and supporting assets to fill SEO gaps.
• Coordinate with regional marketing stakeholders and the Singapore‑based creative team to manage updates, localisation workflows and publishing timelines.
• Monitor and report on SEO and website performance across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of APJ search ecosystems and cultural nuances affecting SEO.
• Proven ability to work across time zones and collaborate with regional and creative teams.
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and measure performance.
