Assistant Duty Manager – Hotel & Serviced Apartment

About the role

The Assistant Duty Manager supports the smooth operation of both the hotel and serviced apartment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑ins, check‑outs and day‑to‑day enquiries while ensuring service standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the hotel and serviced apartment.
• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Manage reservations and respond to booking enquiries.
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Conduct room inspections before guest arrivals.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and guest rooms.
• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Follow up on maintenance issues until completion.
• Manage TTLock access and guest self‑check‑in.
• Ensure SOPs are followed by all staff.
• Assist with tenant renewals, handovers and room viewings.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp).
