Assistant Manager, Audience Strategy & Growth (2-Year Contract)

About the role

SPH Media is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive audience strategy and growth for its Lifestyle division. Reporting to the Audience Growth Lead, you will lead initiatives that retain existing users while accelerating new‑user acquisition across web, social, and community channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase Monthly Average Users (MAU) and pageviews for lifestyle titles.
• Strengthen SEO, refresh evergreen content, and optimise web discovery points to sustain long‑term traffic.
• Drive social discovery at scale, targeting double‑digit follower growth and higher video view counts.
• Lead the transition to a video‑first, social‑first content model for Millennial and Gen Z audiences.
• Manage “always‑on” amplification campaigns and creator collaborations to convert reach into traffic and loyal followers.
• Expand owned community ecosystems, grow first‑party data, and increase CRM touchpoints.
