Assistant Manager – Café Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the launch team of a new luxury café concept on Orchard Road, created in partnership with Tiffany & Co. and led by Chef Julien Royer. The role combines high‑end hospitality with meticulous operational oversight to deliver a refined guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all guest interactions, greeting guests, gathering feedback and handling complaints or incidents.
• Ensure product quality and consistency across all menu items.
• Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, reporting any defects in furniture, fixtures or equipment.
• Lead daily opening and closing procedures, including setup, service readiness and cash handling.
• Train, coach and brief team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
