Assistant Manager Corporate Communications

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Corporate Communications to support the development and execution of our communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and helping to raise the firm’s profile.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives.
• Provide communications counsel and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in corporate messaging.
• Oversee the awards programme, managing timelines and submissions.
• Draft, edit and proofread corporate materials such as publications, award submissions, media releases, web articles and EDMs.
• Manage and update the firm’s website, social media platforms and intranet with accurate and engaging content.
• Contribute to the creation of brand content, including corporate videos and marketing collateral.
• Assist with media relations, facilitating media requests and supporting coverage opportunities.
• Coordinate key corporate events.
• Guide junior team members to ensure smooth execution of day‑to‑day activities.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience, with some supervisory responsibilities.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Strong project‑management ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outstanding writing, presentation and visual‑communication capabilities.
• Experience managing digital platforms, public relations and media relations.
• Experience in the design and architecture industry is a plus.
