Assistant / Manager, Digital Marketing, CRM & Delivery

About the role

Pizza Hut Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Assistant / Manager to own and accelerate its digital growth agenda. The role will oversee CRM, loyalty, e‑commerce, delivery platforms and customer acquisition, ensuring the brand’s digital sales performance thrives across both owned and third‑party channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the digital growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty.
• Drive sales growth on owned e‑commerce sites and third‑party delivery ecosystems.
• Monitor and optimise key metrics such as conversion, ROAS, CAC, repeat purchase and basket size.
• Use CRO tools to improve conversion performance.
• Analyse business performance and customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT and external partners to boost commercial results.
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns, segmentation, personalised journeys and win‑back initiatives.
• Grow the loyalty programme, app retention and customer database engagement.
• Manage relationships with food aggregators (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda), overseeing visibility, promotions and menu updates.
• Monitor platform performance, identify gaps and implement optimisation strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximise ROAS and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in digital commerce.
• Deep understanding of transactional e‑commerce, customer lifecycle marketing and delivery ecosystems.
• Data‑driven approach to growth in a fast‑paced, high‑volume consumer environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with CRO tools.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms.
• Strong data analytics capabilities.
