Assistant Manager, E-commerce

About the role

The Assistant Manager, E‑commerce will support day‑to‑day operations and growth of Kao Singapore's online channel. Reporting to the EC Director, you will work closely with marketing, trade, finance and external partners to execute sales strategies for the Consumer Products Division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute e‑commerce strategies across platforms to meet sales, growth and profit targets.
• Plan and launch promotional campaigns, monitoring traffic, conversion, AOV and revenue KPIs.
• Analyse performance data and produce regular reports on trends.
• Manage relationships with e‑commerce retailers, key account managers and last‑mile 3PL partners.
• Collaborate with Brand and Trade Marketing to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead the e‑commerce team, coordinating with finance, IT and other support functions.
• Identify and launch new sales channels when opportunities arise.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of FMCG e‑commerce experience, including team management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret P&L impacts.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – advanced proficiency.
