Assistant Manager – Early Talent (Corporate Services)

About the role

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager to support its Early Talent Team within the Corporate Services Division. You will help shape and deliver the Cybersecurity Development Programme (CSDP) and strengthen university engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the ideation and execution of early‑talent sourcing, branding strategies and events to attract suitable candidates for the CSDP.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, building relationships with candidates to understand motivations and ensure a positive experience.
• Shortlist candidates, coordinate and schedule interviews between applicants and interview panels.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with CSDP hires after onboarding through regular check‑ins, programmes and events.
• Track candidate progress and produce regular recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable engaging key stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Energetic, enjoys meeting new people and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
