Assistant Manager – Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Marketing to drive demand generation, strengthen the Singapore EXPO brand and support the sales pipeline across B2B and B2C audiences. The role blends commercial marketing, brand building and storytelling, working closely with the Commercial Team and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce brand positioning and meet commercial objectives.
• Manage marketing portfolios such as venue campaigns, concerts, live entertainment, sustainability and seasonal initiatives.
• Own the content strategy and editorial calendar for the website, social media and e‑mail newsletters, producing copy, case studies, brochures and digital assets.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers and agencies to create high‑quality marketing materials.
• Plan and run B2B demand‑generation programmes that feed the sales pipeline for exhibitions, meetings and venue hire.
• Optimise digital channels – SEO, SEM, social media and email – and analyse performance to improve engagement and lead conversion.
• Track key marketing KPIs, including ROI, traffic, lead quality and contribution to the sales pipeline.
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with tenants, organisers, sponsors and influencers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in integrated marketing within event venues, exhibitions or related industries.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines and performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for storytelling and content creation.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
