Assistant Manager – Pathways (Singapore CA Qualification)

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Pathways will support the governance, delivery and continuous improvement of ISCA’s professional qualification and certification programmes, including the Singapore CA Qualification, Financial Forensic Accounting Qualification and Sustainability Certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee examination communications and support, ensuring candidates receive clear guidance on requirements, timelines and processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning, coordination and quality assurance for professional qualification examinations, including development, trial sittings, operations, post‑exam reviews and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with examiners, reviewers, vendors and internal teams to meet assessment standards and manage risks, comments and exceptions.
• Assess and support university accreditation and module‑mapping arrangements for ISCA qualifications.
• Identify and develop new partnerships with institutes of higher learning, professional firms and industry partners.
• Manage engagement with Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) partners, coordinating outreach, joint initiatives and events.
• Contribute to programme marketing efforts, providing content for EDMs, webpages and collateral.
• Plan and organise community‑building initiatives such as networking sessions, webinars and practitioner sharing events.
• Provide secretariat support to relevant ISCA committees.

Required profile

• Experience in programme or project management within professional qualification or certification environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills.
• Familiarity with examination administration, accreditation processes and module mapping.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
