Assistant Manager – Residential Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive will drive marketing and leasing activities for luxury residential apartments, building strong relationships with tenants and prospects. The role works closely with internal teams to enhance service levels and support events and promotional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Market and lease luxury residential apartments within the group portfolio.
• Manage tenancy matters, including rapport building, lease documentation, and contractual liaison.
• Engage tenants through feedback monitoring, events, and relationship development.
• Collaborate with all departments to improve service quality.
• Network with prospective tenants, agencies, and partners to generate opportunities, renewals, and referrals.
• Support management with ad‑hoc event planning, marketing activities, presentations, and budgeting as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of residential leasing experience, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
