Assistant Manager, Vulnerability Management

About the role

Join the cybersecurity team of a leading international airport and help shape its enterprise vulnerability management program. Reporting to the Security Operations Lead, you will drive the evolution of a proactive, intelligence‑driven and automated VM function that protects a complex digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the enterprise vulnerability management program across multiple technology domains.
• Implement CISO‑defined strategies to improve visibility, prioritisation and remediation efficiency.
• Establish a centralised framework for unified oversight and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Design and deploy automation and intelligent workflows to scale VM operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed vulnerability awareness into daily processes.
• Continuously mature the program by aligning with global standards and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vulnerability management, assessment or related activities.
• Experience in enterprise‑scale environments with mixed cloud and on‑premise workloads.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Use of attack surface management tools.
• Use of automated vulnerability assessment tools.
