Assistant Manager/Manager, Transfer Pricing

About the role

Join Sea’s HQ Finance team in Singapore as an Assistant Manager or Manager overseeing Transfer Pricing. You will ensure compliance with global TP regulations, support the Group’s tax strategy, and manage reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Transfer Pricing (TP) matters for all countries where Sea operates.
• Monitor TP compliance, reporting timelines, and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with TP queries and audits, coordinating with external service providers and local teams.
• Research and analyse changes in TP rules, assessing impact on the Group.
• Develop and implement Group TP strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support finance teams on TP policy queries and related‑party transactions.
• Prepare and file the Group’s Country‑by‑Country Report (CbCR) and handle local notifications.
• Execute ad‑hoc TP projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA or advanced tax certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Big 4 Transfer Pricing practice or an MNC in‑house tax department.
• Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous analytical ability and independent project management.
• Adaptable to a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
