Assistant Sales Manager – HORECA Channel

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead business development within the HORECA sector, covering hotels, restaurants, cafés and other hospitality venues. Reporting to senior sales leadership, you will expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the hospitality market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, including food‑and‑beverage and procurement stakeholders.
• Drive acquisition of new customers while growing revenue from existing accounts.
• Analyse market trends and devise sales strategies to increase brand presence.
• Deliver product presentations, tastings and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record selling to hotels, restaurants or the broader HORECA sector.
• Established network within hospitality/F&B industry is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in new‑business acquisition and account management.
• Experience in foodservice or FMCG is a strong plus.
• Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable building markets.
