About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager at Cotton On Kids Wisma Atria, helping the team deliver great customer experiences and drive store performance. You will work closely with the manager to foster a culture of development, inspire future leaders, and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading the team and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Promote a development‑focused culture that engages and motivates staff.
• Identify trade opportunities, improve the customer journey, and boost store results.
• Manage store schedules and wage budgets to meet productivity and cost targets.
