Assistant Vice President – Sourcing Consultant

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sourcing Consultant for its APAC region, based in Singapore. The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and supplier management to drive cost savings and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and lead contract negotiations.
• Review and analyze contract data, business goals and market conditions to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Customize contract risk terms and draft non‑standard contract terms and conditions to address business and risk concerns.
• Develop supplier strategy and manage supplier performance.
• Achieve performance measures while building expertise in policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid‑level managers to ensure appropriate language is used in final lease documents.
• Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor.
• Research and respond to internal or external inquiries.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sourcing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience or education.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, training or education, specifically for the Asia Pacific region.
