Associate Event Producer

About the role

The Associate Event Producer will collaborate with Creative, Technical Production and Producing teams to transform client briefs into seamless, high‑quality live, virtual and hybrid experiences. You will own defined project areas, support senior producers, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Work with cross‑functional teams to finalise briefs and delivery approaches.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interpret client briefs, create reverse briefs and contribute to pitch ideas.
• Design, plan and deliver event elements across live, virtual and hybrid formats.
• Manage timelines, workflows, deliverables and project‑level decisions.
• Oversee project budgets and supplier coordination.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in event, production or project delivery.
• Solid understanding of event logistics, content, technical production and onsite delivery.
• Confident in client and supplier communication.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• High proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
