Associate, Training Programmes Operations (Learning Experience Team)

About the role

The Associate, Training Programmes Operations will support the Learning Experience Team in delivering high‑quality wealth‑management training programmes. Based on‑site in Singapore, you will coordinate enrolments, logistics and post‑training activities to ensure a seamless learner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and consolidate learner enrolment data, ensure compliance with IBF funding requirements and manage invoicing.
• Collaborate with trainers to finalise training materials and arrange venue logistics, including activation of learner access to the learning management system.
• Provide on‑site support during programme delivery, resolve operational issues promptly and gather learner feedback.
• Coordinate customised programme planning with internal teams as needed.
• Oversee post‑training processes such as issuing e‑certificates, submitting IBF funding applications and invoicing corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate administrative records in the LMS and ensure adherence to governance policies.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills
