AVP System Analyst – Group Technology

About the role

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) System Analyst will work within the Group Technology division of United Overseas Bank, partnering with business users, analysts and project teams to design, implement and support technology solutions across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, analysts and project teams during solution design, implementation and post‑implementation support.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, produce functional specifications and map them into a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Develop and review technical design specifications to ensure alignment with functional requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, developers and vendors to deliver solutions and verify code releases.
• Support testing activities during SIT, UAT and post‑implementation phases.
• Maintain application documentation and monitor production incidents, providing timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of system analysis, testing or project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to facilitate requirements sessions and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
