Bar Barista

About the role

Accor is looking for a Bar Barista to join the lounge team operating at Changi Airport. The successful candidate will prepare and serve a variety of beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests in a fast‑paced airport setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all beverages to lounge and training standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues with coffee machines or other equipment.
• Track inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately.
• Adapt to guest requests and situational demands with versatility.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, hotel, lounge, or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
