Bell Person – Guest Luggage & Lobby Service

About the role

The Bell Person provides courteous luggage handling and lobby assistance to guests at Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford. You will ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience while delivering timely information about room facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest luggage and items promptly and with a friendly attitude.
• Orient guests on room amenities and answer general inquiries.
• Communicate completion of tasks to Bell Captains via Mobitalk.
• Assist the Doorman with arrival and departure luggage, traffic flow, and group logistics.
• Perform occasional Doorman duties, manual wake‑up calls, and night‑shift amenity deliveries.
• Maintain hotel grooming standards at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Ability to read and write English; a second language is a plus.
• Physically capable of porter duties.
• Guest‑focused with strong communication skills and a courteous disposition.
• Team player, flexible, adaptable, and honest.
