Bids & Proposals Marketing Specialist

About the role

Perkins&Will is looking for a Bids & Proposals Marketing Specialist to support studio pursuits and business development across Singapore and the wider Asia region. The role will coordinate and produce high‑quality proposals, qualification packages and client presentations that drive new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the preparation of proposals, RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, qualification packages and presentations for prospective clients.
• Schedule and track production timelines to ensure all submissions meet deadlines and brand standards.
• Draft, edit and proof marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, award submissions, brochures and media pieces.
• Research clients, market trends and competitive landscape to inform proposal content.
• Support media‑related activities including website content updates, direct‑mail campaigns and event coordination.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience supporting bids, proposals or pursuits within architecture, engineering, construction, design or professional services firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, marketing, graphic design, communications, journalism or a related field.
• Strong organizational, detail‑oriented and creative problem‑solving abilities.

• Adobe Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint.
