Billing & Collections Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Billing & Collections Manager to lead the end‑to‑end invoicing and cash‑collection processes for our global operations. The role will focus on improving order‑to‑cash efficiency, managing working capital and supporting senior leadership with cash flow insights.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the global invoicing lifecycle across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
• Develop and execute proactive cash‑collection strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align revenue milestones and resolve billing inquiries.
• Leverage ERP platforms to automate processes and drive finance transformation projects.
• Prepare aged receivables analysis and cash‑forecasting reports for senior management.
• Maintain internal controls and support month‑end closing in line with compliance standards.

Required profile

• Strong background in credit management and financial operations.
• Proven experience leading global billing and receivables functions within a complex corporate environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of indirect tax and international invoicing principles.
• Excellent analytical abilities and stakeholder‑management skills.
